MAJOR PROJECTS

"THE WORLD IS BUT A CANVAS TO OUR IMAGINATION." – HENRY DAVID THOREAU

KISTIVAL
(November 25th 2015)

Bridge Publisher took part in KISTIVAL, which is an annual event held at Korea International School. Various school clubs get together for a festival, and the chosen clubs are given the opportunity to fundraise through game booths and food booths. Bridge Publisher sold baked goods (pies, cinnamon rolls, etc.) and raised around 90,000 won (~80 dollars).

CHARITY DRIVE
(December 27th 2015)

Members of Bridge Publisher met up during winter break to go out to the streets of Seoul with one purpose: to raise awareness for the cause we believe in. We also received numerous incredibly generous donations, which added up to around 64,000 won (~55 dollars).

KEUNSAEM
(June 25th 2016)

The Keunsaem School is a program in which English teachers volunteer to teach North Korean refugees English. Many of the students who learn English there were not given the chance to excel at their full potential. So, we as a club took the oppurtunity to help them;the youth who deserve a proper education for their future. Bridge Publisher donated our printed study materials, as well as 100,000 won (100 dollars) to the Keunsaem School.

PARTNERSHIPS
(Sept. ~ Oct. 2016)

Bridge Publisher's PR Team got together to find KIS clubs in need of our materials, and formed a partnership with Amnesty International as well as National Honor Society's teaching committee. Both clubs began using our ESL materials for their teaching purposes outside of school.

CHARITY DRIVE

On May 17, members of Bridge Publisher club met up at Seohyun station to raise money for printing physical copies of our books, as well as for raising awareness of how some children in Korea lack the education they deserve. We raised around 56,000 won (~56 dollars).
